Only suggesting as because you have so many substrates, you could do tiny levels with a different substrate on each one so you can show off what you have. Yeah, you’ve really got it all. Brilliant
Thank you. That is very kind.

We have actually messaged a few people from small ads who sounded really desperate to rehome their hamsters. None replied.
Often people don't bother deleting their ads after selling their hamster. Look for ads that were posted as recently as possible and keep trying.

Aside from fb there's gumtree, pets4homes, preloved, freeads, shpock (sale of animals is prohibited so people advertise them as hamster cages).

Thank you, Ria. Strangely they were all ads posted this weekend. I just thought of contacting those posters as their situations sounded urgent. My partner thinks people may be away this weekend and will message tomorrow.

I didn't realise you were allergic to sesame. Making your own mix sounds a good option. And also you can then adapt the mix to be suitable for different species. The main thing is getting the protein content right.

Have you tried actual Hamster Rescues? Happy Hamsters has branches all over the country.

Thank you. My partner has just ordered the food to make a hamster mix.

Happy Hamsters do not have a branch in London. I did check. The reason why I replied to some of the adverts on the free ads is they sounded urgent and I was concerned about the hamsters.

RSPCA has quite a few hamsters for adoption, including 8 baby syrians who were found abandoned. Seems to be north London branch.

Search rescue pets in need of adoption today | RSPCA

Good to see the RSPCA saying they won't consider anything less than 80 x 50 cage and even 100 x 50 for one particularly acive Syrian.

Those hamsters are in Hertfordshire. Yes it is great they are asking for more suitable cage sizes. Wood Green do not have any hamsters. I know of 3 London rescues with hamsters. I just wanted to check the ones I saw on free ads as they sounded urgent.

Yes of course. Good luck finding a hammy London is a big place! I thought Middlesex was north London but if you're south London it would be a long way. Two or three hours travel would be fine though.
