Best option would be a large zoozone. Tank style and a good size. But they're not cheap any more. They used to be about £50 and now about £70 to £80. The bars on top would need meshing as the spacing is too wide for a hamster (but not that big a job). It's a tank style with enough space. And an 11" wheel would fit.
