Also agree with Serendipity. Exo Terra's have "extra ventilation" at the doorways, which are ultimately thin gaps to release excess humidity. Issue is, the larger Exo Terra's are designed for larger reptiles, so aren't tightly secured for something as small as a dwarf. I'd worry the dwarf would chew at the very thin plastic of the door, and they'd definitely be able to slip through it.

Overall, an okay enclosure, but it isn't designed for hamsters and therefore you'd need to understand the risks that it comes with.

Edit- Oh, and like the above comment states, it isn't an Exo Terra. Exo Terra doesn't have any width increase over 45cm, even at it's largest size, it wouldn't surpass that.
