That's a pipe clip from the B&Q plumbing section. I drilled a hole and bolted it on.

Re: Show us what you've made!
Loving this thread idea Serendipity
Ria, Sushi love what you shared. I always like how bright Rias cage setups are
Now, I will have to try and not bore you all with what I have made, so many things...
I will post a few at a time, so not to hijack the thread, I really hope others post what they have made too, one of my favourite things is to see what others make.

Re: Show us what you've made!
Ria you have some great ideas - I have a vision of you going round B&q looking for hamster shaped things . I used to be a bit more creative using stepsons toys - outgrown toys now.

Serendipity, when i was reading Ria's comment I was thinking maybe it's just as well I am housebound, otherwise if I was out and about browsing in shops I think someone would have to intervene and tell me to stop with the ideas
I always love seeing Ria's ideas.

Re: Show us what you've made!
Ooh I love the idea of a Star Wars theme! I am really not creative with painting - cakes I am ok but painting ...........How did you get the stormtrooper face hide like that? Stepson might even get interested in the hamsters again if I had a star wars item in the cage ha ha.

This video i explain it in more detail:
How To Create Hamster Hides (Star Wars Theme) - YouTube
sometimes, the shapes just lend themselves naturally to hides and it's really easy to work out where to put the entrance on them, the storm trooper is probably one of my most simplest/easiest ones I have done. Tracing paper can be your friend. The storm trooper I think I amalgamated a couple of pics to create that one.

Re: Show us what you've made!
Thanks. I am not good at handicrafts but like to see things others have made! Do you have a link for making the mushrooms as well?
