How do you secure the lid on the Ferplast Duna Multy?

good luck - I had this problem with my cage yesterday the plastic is really tough I was quite worried I would crack it - wish I had the hairdryer tip yesterday! I got there in the end - wont be taking the mesh out of that side

I remember from the Duna Fun that she currently has that the fitting is "tight" to say the least! But then it has to be secure doesn't it. My delivery hasn't come yet but its "on the van" according to the Parcelforce website. If it does actually come today, I'm very impressed with EquineCanineFeline! I'm so excited
