Thanks!

I don't have any power tools hence why I got the PLASTA range, as you can assemble it without drills. I could maybe try a mix of the scotch tape and super glue, but I'm just worried about the hold of it.

Hey,

I just read through the thread. You could easily combine the tutorial for the Linmon cage with the one for the Plasta shelf. I would suggest you get a glass front for the cage if you can because acrylic glass tends to bend as you can see in the video you linked before. All this bendig makes it harder to attach the glass and I don't think tape or super glue would do it with the bedding pushing against it.

My tip is to try the brackets for attaching the glass as shown in VanillaHamHams video. If the wood is similar to the Linmon table tops it's mostly cardboard and you can screw in a screw with a screw driver and don't need any powertools. If the plasta unit is made out of solid wood you can just attach the brackets by hammering nails in instead of screws. So you just need a hammer or something heavy.

This would of course also work for acrylic glass, but I'd attach more than 4 brackets along the sides for more stability.

Best of wishes for your project!

The reason for the PLATSA was so I didn't need tools as I don't have a screwdriver or anything like that. And, if I did, I'm hopeless at that kinda stuff.
