Default Seed Starting Mix Coconut Coir

Hey everyone,
Am I able to use seeding starting mix coconut coir as his substrate?
It's from Home Depot.

While it should be safe as it is 100% coco fiber, you still shouldn't use large amounts of coco fiber in the cage. Too much coco fiber would lead to significant humidity issues - keep it to a small shallow container if you use any at all.

It's also important to keep in mind that coco fiber, if too moist, can lead to mold issues regardless of the amount you use as well as respiratory issues. Coco fiber being too dry can also lead to respiratory issues due to dust etc.
