Mixing sand
Can I mix chinchilla sand with reptisand? Curious, as there’s only a little bit of chinchilla sand. Sorry if this is the incorrect thread.

Providing that both sands are suitable for a hamster i can't see a problem in mixing them.

Mixing different sands isn't really the issue but I'd stick to Chinchilla sand - reptisand can vary as to the type of sand and I believe isn't suitable. Better to go without sand for a bit and get the safest stuff.
