Fitch First sage pay invalid IP address??
For some reason it's not letting me confirm my purchase of the fitch bedding with sage pay - it's saying invalid IP? What to do from here?

Re: Fitch First sage pay invalid IP address??
Nevermind! Got a reply back from one of the workers, they stated their website just updated today so probably that and if problem persists to call up and make order via phone call tomorrow morning.

Re: Fitch First sage pay invalid IP address??
I went over to fitch yesterday and it's still there however they don't have any of the large 20kg bags of the fitch original in stock and the 20kg bags are now the long strandy stuff. They had the original in 10kg so I did but two of these but the cost was much higher. Not sure what you ordered but be aware that you may get the strandy stuff if you ordered a large bale!

Re: Fitch First sage pay invalid IP address??
Imogen I just had exactly the same thing trying to order online. It comes up with failing to do payment due to IP address. There's also another error page comes up when you try to edit the cart. Something definitely not right with their web page! I will also have to order by phone tomorrow.
Souffle they seem to have a whole range of 10kg bags now (not sure about 20kg) - some for small critters with the smaller pieces, some for poulry. Last time I ordered 3 x 4kg compressed bales - the Fitch was the same as usual. But that was a while back. It worked out slightly more expensive. Thought it might take up less space but it didn't really!
