I ended up getting the sand linked below. I rinsed it a TON and still seemed to be getting cloudy water. It's in the oven right now I'm just worried I got bad sand or something. It is labeled as "Natural Children's Play Sand" so I thought it should be fine. If you could take a quick glance at it I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!

This one is fine. As long as it isn't producing much dust once it has gone through all your processing, I wouldn't worry about the cloudy water.
