Question wooden cages/good robo cages

so rn i'm keeping taco (my robo hamster) in a kinda small bin cage and i've been wanting to upgrade so i've been looking through my options (i prefer store bought cages btw) and found this cage

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/slredirec...getName=sp_atf

it looks pretty good to me with the large floorspace and not too bad price (i'd still have to save but i could do it), but i have a few concerns

first of all i'm not sure if taco would be able to chew through it as it is wooden

also the height with the levels concern me, i'd be scared she'd fall and hurt herself

if anyone knows any pros or cons of this cage or any alternatives that would be appreciated!

I've heard of hamsters chewing of that cage but only Syrians. Robos tend to be less escape-prone so the risk is much lower. There's always a risk with anything wooden with exposed edges though.

It is a very tall cage. I've heard that you can reverse the front door and front panel to have the door at the top. Then if you fill it with bedding up to the top of the front panel, it will significant reduce the height a hamster can fall.

Yes, you have to be careful with the shelves, but you can make it work, I also know of people that have removed those shelves, so there are things that you can do to make it work for you.
Check it out on aosom.com, think it might be cheaper and they often have discount codes kicking around for it.

for a robo, how about the zoozone large? it's slightly smaller i think approx 100*50cm
you just need to mesh the top part
