Safe glue

Hi. I’m just wondering if there is something safe I could use cause I want to attach something. I have one of those plastic igloos for Oliver. I want to attach something that I can wrap around the bars so the igloo stays in place. Maybe Velcro. Any suggestions other than buying a different man cave for him. My sister came up with ‘man cave’ and I liked it.

I'd drill a couple of holes in the igloo and attach it to the bars with a cable tie.
