Thanks for your input I think I will go ahead and order a large Niteangel wheel before I bring her home (if I do adopt her). I'll try the ten inch wheel first, just because it'd be nice to have the extra room in the cage, but this way I'll have the bigger wheel already on hand if it turns out to be too small.
