Should I rehome to someone who thinks its okay to use saltstone if the earlier home dont say anything on it?

I would try and educate them and just let them know they don't need it.

If they are ok with that and take it on board, no reason to not let them adopt. Obviously if the rest of the care is ok.

Not sure that I understand the 2nd part of your sentence.

She sent me a picture off the cage who is a detolf cage. I noticed that she had two saltstones in the cage and told her that its abd to use. She told me she took it out. I think she could use it at her second hamster, but not mine cause I told her not to. And that makes me think, should it be okay for her to get the hamster?

Just confirm with her that she will no longer be using salt stones with any hamster ever again as they are not necessary and can mess with their mineral levels. If not, don't let her adopt from you.
