Exo terra vs savic hamster plaza knock down
Our syrian girl arrived two weeks ago. When she lived in savic hamster heaven she were qurious, when I moved her into exo terra she came to the door and walked to my hand. But she suddenly stopped and are less waken then she was.
Can it be that the exo terra is to small? Should I buy a plaza knock down?

I would leave her where she is. It’s a good cage. It is maybe just the cold weather making her more reclusive. Also the HH is smaller. In a bigger cage they can get a bit more independent. She could be the same in the Plaza - but I see your point as a barred cage is easier for interaction than something with solid sides.

Re: Exo terra vs savic hamster plaza knock down
She did hide more in the hamster heaven, she is interested in my hand sometimes when she moved to the exo terra. I think its a little funny as she was in my hand two days ago, and when I did put her down, she want to go up in my hand again. But she has a nervous side as well. I also did wind the ferplast guinepig house.

Some hamsters don’t like hands much at all so I shouldn’t worry. Some have a more reserved personality as well.
