Depends on the hamster.
I have a variety of wheels and watch a hamster running on it for a while. Yesterday i exchanged my foster dwarf's wheel for another, similar one because she kept slipping on the first one but runs really well on the second one. The wheels are very alike but one has a slightly wider running surface which didn't suit her.

without trying both out I wouldn't be able to comment which I thought was the easiest or best as I have only ever had the orbital one.

Even if I had tried both of those wheels out with my hamsters, it doesn't necessarily mean you would agree with me.

Like I said previously, I think it comes down to personal choice and what you are looking for in a wheel i.e. enclosed or not.

I would just order one and if you don't like it can you return it?

It's difficult to give a best choice because it depends a lot on the hamster.

My dwarf tends to veer to one side when she runs and kept falling off her open Rodipet wheel, so I gave her an enclosed Trixie wheel. She does much better with this one and seems to enjoy running more. She's also very small and the Rodipet wheel was a bit heavy for her.

On the other hand, open wheels tend to be easier to clean. This might not be a concern at all if your hamster never pees in their wheel though.
