It's for a dwarf hamster at the moment

I actually think the HH is the best option for a dwarf hamster and possibly inexperienced owner as it's one of the lowest cages, so less fall/height issues.

For a russian dwarf, I’d go for the Criceti 15 or Grosvenor over the HH. It’s cheaper, has a full top door, and a normal platform (no weird squiggle shape platform).
