Default Is this bedding safe?

I was unable to find the Kaytee Aspen probably because we're in the UK but I've seen this other brand that states are good at holding burrows which is essential. It's called Komodo Aspen Bed Terrain and there's a 14kg bag of it on Amazon for around £30. I'm just unsure if this is safe and if it's been heat treated, if not do you know any natural looking beddings (doesn't have to be aspen)?

Not sure about that substrate but normal pine woodshavings are perfectly safe in the UK and super cheap! Also the natural coloured carefresh and kaytee CC look good in natural setups as well!

I get a 14kg bag of hemp on zooplus for £15.99 if that's a suitable alternative for you? It doesn't hold burrows by itself but I mix it with carefresh and a bit of hay and it works well enough for my little dwarf.

It's aspen so it doesn't need to be kiln dried (aspen is hardwood without the high levels of phenols that pine has). However an Amazon reviewer says it's very dusty. I think there are better options than Aspen in the Uk.
