Default cage help

can some one recomened me a cage for artie that he can use untill his leg has healed

i have just rescued him after a dog got hold of him and he has damage to his back leg (been to the vets) but he is stugling in the cage he came in so i need a new one going to buy it today so all sugestions gratfully recived

i would take one without bars and only one level. dont know if you want a small cage to keep him calm or a bigger one.

i can recommend the duna cages...mini duna is the small version and the multi duna is the bigger version. they are not expensive at all

The ones annie suggests would be good for him as you can keep them flat and open for easy moving around. You could also use a large storage bin if it is a temporary home too and there are instructions on the WIKI how to make one. Glad you have adopted him and hope he heals up soon.

Yh i reccomend a large storage bin aswell. If you get a large enough one which is deep than you can keep the lid off for air flow. This will mean you won't have to do anything at all to the cage except wash it out and fill with bedding. Plus after his leg is healed you can use it as a normal storage bin for yourself.

he is doing realy well his leg is looking better every day althow he is scared of my dog i keep her out of his room when i got him a week ago i dident think he would survie he was housed in a rota stack the worse cage ever he will move into my larger cage an immac fantisey i think it is the one you can add more layers on top of it soon i hope for now hes in a small tank due to resricted use of his leg i have ust started to add toys due to him being able to move around more now
