Faulty Savic Plaza

Hi everyone, I upgraded to a Savic Plaza around 2 weeks ago, only put hamster in last week as I was waiting for house and Fitch to arrive. I've just noticed today that one of the bars is snapped and another looks like it's about to, they are on the same horizontal piece. Has anyone had any dealings with faulty cages. I obviously can't take it back to pets at home as she's living in the cage. I'll try to post a pic but I think file size is too big.

It's the next row down from where the big door closes so I think it's happened opening and closing the door ��

Here's the other side which looks like it's about to snap too. To be honest it looks like it's been made faulty. I don't see how the coating is snapped but the metal hasn't on the left hand side piece.

I would call the customer service helpline & explain to them what has happened - they may offer to replace it then you can transfer over then give the damaged one back

What Em's Mum said but I would go into the store and show them the photo and take the receipt. Face to face can often get better and quicker results - it's easier for them to say no over the phone. Did you get it from a local store?

I picked up from store but ordered online as it's an online exclusive. I phoned yesterday and they were really good. I'm getting another delivered to store to pick up today. She asked what was wrong but that's all, didn't need to see pics. I thought they would want to see pics or at least need the old cage back. 5 stars to pets at home for customer service ��
