Do you mean wood shelving or plastic shelving? It can be difficult to find good shelving. Ranchouse cages on ebay make a variety of sizes of pine shelf. I've had some of theirs. They come ready with fitments and are plain pine and can be painted. I do find them a bit heavy though and they can unbalance a cage a bit, depending on how big the shelf is and where it is.

Savic make a plastic corner rat shelf.

The best shelf I've had was from Amazon in Germany - but I don't think they ship to the Uk any more for that shelf.

Is it for the Alaska?

Plasti-kote - you want the water based enamel paint, which you brush on with a small paint brush. It goes quite a long way so one pot would easily do two coats on a shelf or maybe a bit more than that.

Ranchhouse cages do a selection of wooden shelves so they may have something that would work for you.

I get my plastikote from The Range - if you have a store nearby it is cheaper than buying it online. Here is a link to their website - https://www.therange.co.uk/search?q=...enamel%20brush - although online they don't have a wide colour selection like they do in store.

Also some B&M stores also sell plastikote too.

Thanks everyone (-:

Sorry I meant plastic shelving serendipity I know it can be quite hard to find I am starting to look at cardboard boxes for height in the cage now. Home bargains have some fab gift boxes in the mother’s day section they are really strong and can be turned on there side as a level.

I went with the large Savic cage from pets at home in the end thank you so much for
The link serendipity (-:
