Wish I would have put it that way drago, I felt like I was being kind of nasty even though I wasn't trying to!

I personally didn't think your message was rude- and I'm sure they'll understand that you are just looking out for them and their hams

Re: is my bin cage suitable for my pair of russian dwarf hamsters ??
Ok i have done many researches about breeding from back to 2015 and about housing the babies ... absolutely, i have 2 bin cages and two spare cages (not bin) and tomorrow i may be building my third which will be bigger and in Kuwait the vet is free but i will make sure they get the best treatment even if it is in a private vet and the female i got from a professional and famous pet shop in my country who knows that i am taking her for the purpose of breeding and the male are from a professional breeder and i want to breed them because i want to take care of the pups and i am willing of building a huge bin cage mini condo for them. NOT FOR SELLING THE PUPS. If there is a pup that i couldn't house i will put it for adoption and i hope i can take care of them with the help of hamster central

Re: is my bin cage suitable for my pair of russian dwarf hamsters ??
What species are they? Do you have a pedigree on them? I do not mean this personally or as an attack, but I feel that if you had truly done research, you'd know that your bin cage was too small, and what sex your hams are. I also must ask about your ethics- your main goal in breeding shouldn't simply be to raise pups. If that's your goal, why not adopt a pregnant female? Your goal should always be health and temperament first. This world is filled with homeless and neglected hamsters, so if you are going to bring more into it, please do it responsibly. Sorry to nag, a fellow starting-up breeder here I'd personally recommend having several back up bins, as you may find rehoming your pups to be pretty tough! As for the giant cage, remember that your pups will need to be seperated (preferably kept alone, but pairs will suffice) once they reach a certain age. Colonies are seldom successful. I wish you luck with your endeavors. This community will gladly help you out, as long as you're open to criticism and are willing to take our advice

Re: is my bin cage suitable for my pair of russian dwarf hamsters ??
They are russian dwarf hamster and what is pedigree ? i have done research and i assumed that the pair i sent photos of were female but i want to make sure. i wanted to adopt a pregnant one but here in kuwait people never care about hamster, the spotlight are only on cats and dogs and since i cant get one of those, i had my whole energy and care on my hamsters and i know i should seperate the pups in somewhere between week 4 - 7 and i am planning to put males on a giant bin cage and females on another giant bin cage
You are not rude i understand you

Re: is my bin cage suitable for my pair of russian dwarf hamsters ??
By Russian dwarf I assume you mean a hybrid correct? Hybrids should never be bred due to health and developmental issues that can occur. Instead, you should either breed a pure Winter white or Campbells A pedigree is a chart that documents the genes and lineage of a hamster- I'll link an example of one below. If the breeder didn't give you a pedigree, do not breed those hams as they're not quality stock. Instead, check around for a breeder who will offer you a pedigree so that you know the lineage and genetics. Make sure to read up on the colors and genetics of both WW's and Campbells until you decide which species to breed The NHC is a great website to check out for more info on this. I get the frustrations with cats and dogs being the spotlight all the time! Make sure not to exceed one same sex pair per cage, and be ready to seperate them if they fight.
I know you want to begin breeding immediately, but is it possible you could hold off and get a few more bins as well as some good quality hams first? It would really help you out, and make it much more humane for the hamsters. Besides that, when you breed ethically, you set an example for better hamster care in your country, which you seem passionate about! If you need any other help or info, please ask. I'm not a breeder of dwarfies so I can't give you specifics on breeding them, but I know that there are a few dwarf breeders on here. I know that Vectis Hamstery in particular breeds Chinese hamsters, and also Campbells dwarfs if I'm not mistaken. I'm sure they'll be able to offer tips and input too, but you must be willing to breed ethically and right Best wishes

Here's an example of a simple pedigree, though they can get much more complex (though this one isn't for hamsters)

Also since you are an expert now i am mating two russian hamsters one is 3 weeks to one month old (Female) and 9 months (Male). I placed them in the same bin cage. They fought for the first hour (not aggressively) but then they got along. Now how do i know if they are mating. I got confused by many answers of different sources to this question.

Re: is my bin cage suitable for my pair of russian dwarf hamsters ??
I'm not the best person to ask for technical stuff on breeding dwarf hamsters. I personally think it will be pretty obvious when they're breeding. I'll leave this question to be answered by someone more experienced
