Default Re: connected cages?

Hey Ricky,

I personally would stay away from connecting cages. I tried this myself with my (late) hamster and all she did was pee in the tubes or build her nest in them which is not good at all because of ventilation and stuff..
Of course you can try it and if your ham doesn't do it, you should be fine.

For connecting tubes to your wire cage, with most tubes come attachments for clipping the tubes to a premade hole in the wire of the cage. If not you could sureley buy one and then create your own opening by cutting the wire. You should try to sand the edges down afterwards and maybe seal them with safe silicone or hot glue so your hamster can't hurt itself.

Hope I could help a little!
