Strange cage...but good size?
I was just browsing the web for hamster goodies and came accross this
http://www.trustpet.co.uk/pennine-xt...cage-x-1-p6616
It looks a bit strange - but the dimensions say it is 760 x 450 x 430mm which is a good size (although it doesnt seem to look that big in the pic )
But it could be good if you wanted to connect 2 of these cages together...

Re: Strange cage...but good size?
Its a bit of a fib unfortunately, the dimensions includes all the attachments, so length is bottle to ball, width includes that tube poking out the side and i'd guess that height goes from base to top of the ball.

Re: Strange cage...but good size?
Ah..I did consider that myself but thought it would be stupid of them to measure it like that!

Re: Strange cage...but good size?
yeah, they measure it like that thinking about people who want to fit it in a certain place, like you would a piece of furniture. They don't measure the actual living space for the animal. It's far too small i'm affraid. You could attach 2 together, but to be honest it would cost you far more than one big cage.

Re: Strange cage...but good size?
Suppose I can see the reasoning but its quite deceptive.
I don't need a new cage anyway, already got a Duna Multy for my little one - I was just browsing hamster goodies!
