Re: Opinions on hamster balls?
Thank you for your suggestions They're all very helpful. I am glad to know that exercise balls are perfectly safe to use. I'll definitely look into making a playpen and hopefully try Winnie with a ball in the near future.

Re: Opinions on hamster balls?
Yep so long as hammy is happy in the ball and happy to keep going in it it's fine! Just sellotape the ends is what I do to avoid them escaping lol.

Re: Opinions on hamster balls?
My dwarf ham gets super nervous in hamster balls. I only bought one when I first got him, and he seems confused in it. He just stands there. I can't let him have free roam of my bedroom because my mom won't let me anyways :/ For a Syrian, you should get a large hamster ball. A dwarf will do fine with a medium.

Re: Opinions on hamster balls?
I have a Russian Dwarf (Petal) and she loves being in her ball. I've heard many people say dwarfs don't like balls and can have accidents in them but she loves her dwarf hamster ball. She'll even take food in her pouches, find a quiet corner of the living room and sit in the ball eating food
