Default Penine rat starter cage

I recently got one of these with 2 rats I rehomed. Obviously it isnt any good for the rats but would it be ok for a syrian hamster? What toys could I put in it? If any one has pictures of one set up would be brilliant.

I have seen these and they would be excellent for a syrian. The wheel is nice and big too isn't it.

I think this is another one of those personal opinion things. I would consider it too small for any rodent tbh, not enough floor space. But some hamsters would like it and others wouldn't. You know your hamster best. I think it is smaller than the RSPCA minimum recommendation though. But it if you made proper use of the heigh with shelves and things...

(I had a pair of rats come to me in one as well )
