Oh okay! Hopefully she sees this, or maybe I'll do a search in the forum. Thanks!

I'm in Canada! There are playgrounds, not sure about an early learning center (although there must be). :/ do you know how to sterilize the sand?

There's a video here on sterilising childrens play sand. 15 minutes doesn't sound that long though. On the link below Ruby says she does it on a higher setting for 30 minutes. I should think your Early Learning centre would sell it

A bit off topic, but what do the actually do in their sand bath? I do have a sand bath for my hammie but I've only see her sitting in it. I've read that they either pee in it or use the sand to clean themselfs but my hammie doesn't seem to do either one. She just sits in it..

Thanks so much! I'll try to get some children's playground sand from Walmart tomorrow. If that fails, would this one be okay? Chinchilla Bath Sand - 5 pk https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B004LOBE92/..._mnJyxbHF5TA2P

You get children's playground sand too? Well, looks like with all the people using it, that may be a safe option then!
