I noticed that you don't have a large enough upright wheel-flying saucer type wheels are no substitute for an upright wheel that is large enough. Unfortunately the size of the Habitrail Ovo wheel is only 6 inches, and a dwarf hamster will need at the minimum of 6.5 inches in diameter, depending on their species they might need a little more.
BTW, where is the ventilation for the bin cage?
