Bin cage or Ferplast Mary? Help!
Hi, just a quick question to help me make up my mind! My Syrian hamster currently has an ikea bin cage. I'm always paranoid she'll escape, yesterday I caught her hanging from the mesh top, she had used her water bottle to climb up. I have the chance to get a Ferplast Mary cage locally for £25, what would you say is best? A bin cage or an actual cage? Are bar cages ok? I just don't know what to do! I like the bar cage for the option of adding shelves and hanging toys, but the bin cage looks nice and can have a lot more bedding.
So should I stick with the bin cage and stop worrying? Or get the Ferplast Mary?
Thanks!

I have the ferplast Mary cage myself and I love it, so would highly recommend it. I really like how you can add shelves and make full use of the space. And for £25 that is a really good price for this cage, so it's worth a try to see if she likes it to.

Re: Bin cage or Ferplast Mary? Help!
Unfortunately bins are far from escape proof and many hams have been known to chew and scratch and escape. The Ferplast Mary is an excellent cage and £25 is a great price so I'd definitely get it if I were you

The Ferplast Mary looks to be a good cage. Size is ok and you can have shelves etc more easily.
