Smile My Jiggy and his terrarium home

Hi Everybody,

As I said I would in my introduction, here is a thread covering my funny hamster and his home.

These are the specifications of his home:

- Custom build rodent terrarium of 50x40x40 cm
- 2 storeys, glass plateaus
- Protective glass plate to cover the glass rails
- Big ventilation roster placed build in the top pane

The bedding I use for Jiggy is carefresh. I am very happy with it because it is safe and virtually dust free. I currently have the blue, white and confetti variant, and I now use the confetti because it's very cheery and colorful.

Jiggy eats hope farm dwarfhamster mix and is spoiled often with what we call here, "hamster bread" it's dried carrot or lettuce and then baked, it's a kind of cracker.

Jiggy's food is supplemented with all Natural flower mix, and herbs which I buy at expo's and is made by very creative hamster people.

The water bottle is placed in a magnetic bottle holder which can be altered in height and hold in place by a strong magnet placed on the outside of the cage.

Jiggy sleeps and hides in his edible house, which is made from dried grasses and other yummy things.

He has 2 ladders which he uses, when he feels like it
Also made from hamster friendly material and he can gnaw at them if he so chooses.

He also has a little toilet rol ( I have a good supply lol) a plastic U bend tube, and a wooden log with holes in them in which he can hide, crawl and he can gnaw at it for his teeth.

There is a little bowl with chinchilla bath sand (no dust of course) which he regularly uses and it's a funny sight.

For his exercise requirements Sir Jiggy the spoiled has a medium silent spinner, which he uses a lot and which I am very happy with due to the fact I am a very light sleeper. He even has a little slate stone as a little step up to get in and to help with keeping his nails tidy.

Also he get's to come out a lot and sometimes run around in his hamster ball when the cat is not here and I am cleaning his cage or something.

I love him very much and I enjoy watching him everyday.
I realized I missed caring for a hamster very much and I am glad to have him here.

I came up with the name on the night I drove home with him.
I watched a documentary about Jugalo clowns, and when I was in the car I heard a favorite song from Iggy Azalea. Jugaloo + Iggy = Jiggy, tadaaaaaa

Here is my other hamster half... ( read my intro if you want, you'll get it) We are very much a like

Enough said, here are the pictures....

Thanks everybody!
Much appreciated. I spent a lot of time on it.
He is very sweet and very much worth the effort
He is from March this year, he inherited his big genes from his parents, they are big hams too
