New cage, wheel and hopefully toys!
I know I've already posted about this on another thread, but that was just highlighting the cage and I hadn't yet ordered the other accessories.
Just in case anyone didn't know, I'm getting the Ferplast Maxi Duna Multy (99x51.5cm) which I got from Amazon second hand for £50! Bargain!
I've also ordered Willow a new wheel - I've got the Trixie 28cm Rodent Wheel and fingers crossed it comes in read and black (my favourite out of the selection)! She currently has a 8" Comfort Wheel which is great but she does curve her back a bit when she runs on it and I don't want her in pain. She only weighs 124g currently so we thought she'd fit on it but she seems bigger than we thought! The 8" wheel will be donated to my sister's hamster Snowy who is a smaller Syrian and will fit on it perfectly.
Finally, my mum, sisters and I are taking a trip to Pets At Home tomorrow to buy a few bags of Carefresh (until I can persuade my mum for Fitch haha ), some water bottles and (hopefully!) some new toys and treats with the £20 we saved from buying the cage second hand!
Thank you for taking the time to read this (what I consider) long post haha
Bye guys!

I did! I had £20 to spend, so I got a reasonable amount for the P@H prices. One thing that I really, really hated though was the size of the cages. I couldn't find one cage meeting the RSPCA minimum. I particularly hated the 'P@H Small Wire Hamster Cage' as it was so tiny you would not believe. It's not a noticeable amount larger than my hamster's traveller! I feel sorry for the hamsters who have to be housed in them

I agree about the cages. Its the same in the vast majority of pet shops for all kinds of caged pets. Very sad.
I love zooplus and pet planet for online hamster toy shopping.
