Multiple hamster owners - cage set ups?!
I currently have two Syrian hamsters, both in separate cages of course and I have been eyeing up a third Syrian. I was wondering what set ups for storing multiple hamster cages everyone has as I am struggling with where I would be able to keep them all. Thanks in advance!

I have two hams and whilst I would love more, two has to be my limit as I have no where else to keep cages!

I have three spread throughout my living room, not leaving much space for me!
Some people stack cages if they have several hams, have a look at this thread, it might give you some ideas.

I've seen several pictures of people with storage shelving. I'm not sure where you'd be able to get them in your country.

I have five set ups in my bedroom. A barney on a coffee table next to the bed with fluffy chocolate Gopal in. A multi duna maxi at the end of the bed with fluffy white Woodstock in also on a coffee table.
Fower, roborovski, is in a grosvenor cage to the left of the bed on a chest of drawers, her sister fairy is in an alaska on right of bed but not near Gopal aaand fluffy cream syrian Arun is by the window near flower in a temp bin cage. Its quite a squeeze and lovely hearing them all at night!
The thing with storage shelving is that you would have to lift the cages off and on to clean out, etc.i like mine to be accessible from the top and the front where possible.

Oh wow! That storage shelving thread is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for! Thanks for all of your help! The two cages I have currently are both very large, not sure I'll get shelving to fit them but I will be having a look. Two might need to be my limit sadly!

Re: Multiple hamster owners - cage set ups?!
A table slightly bigger than the cage would fit one cage under and one on top.

Even more dangerous. Cage 1 on the floor, table over that cage, then cage 2 on the table, Put another table over the second cage, then cage 3 on top.
Three cages
If a table can't be found the right size a diy table(s) could be made.
