Karlie Wonderland Wheel stiff

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has the same problem as me with the Karlie wheel. I've been wanting a quieter wheel for my robo pumpkin. She is very happy with the trixie 20 cm but it is loud. I've already wasted money on a useless silent spinner. This time I ordered two wheels from zooplus. The Karlie 20 cm and the speedy 20 cm. Both were a disappointment. The speedy is loud. It sounds like there is something rubbing on the axle and my hamster cannot move it easily. The karlie wheel is just very stiff. I had been very hopeful for this wheel because I have the 30 cm version and it is light and spins easily. I made a https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UHbAFIphx8w video to show the difference. Just wanted to check others experience before I send them back.

I've had several 20cm Karlie wheels & they all spin really easily so I think there's definitely something wrong with yours.

Thanks I'm hoping it is a one off so worth asking for a replacement.

No probs with any of my four karlie wheels. Hope they send a replacement nice and soon.
