Default Suitable wheels for Syrians?

Right so I need two wheels for Hugo and Flump. I have left it too long to order the wonderland wheel off of Zooplus (so annoyed they don't do the biggest size anymore!) and now I don't know which wheel to get.

Ideally, i'd like it to be quite cheap. I don't want to spend £40 on two wheels if I can help it! The one I have for my rats is £17 from petsathome, I would buy this one... but if there are cheaper ones then I am more than happy to get those ones instead!

The one I have for my Syrian is the wodent wheel, you can get it in wood or on plastic. It's actually surprisingly cheap in local pet stores and you can get it really cheap online, eBay is the cheapest, but Amazon will provide you with better quality. The wodent wheel comes with a lid you can put over the wheel with large holes in it so your hamster can get through. This is great because it protects your hammy from injuring itself by going too fast on his/her wheel. The Trixie wheel is also a great choice but can be a bit pricey. I hope this helps, thanks.

For my Syrians i also use rat sized ones. Two pets at home, one wooden Trixie wheel, and one plastic Trixie wheel. I have also had rat sized silent spinner in the past. Your best bet is just doing an online search and seeing how things are priced. Also look on Ebay, Gumtree etc for bargains.

The 28cm TRIXIE wheel is cheap and great in my eyes but it isn't silent if you need that. My 20cm now unused version is very quiet, I'd certainly sleep with it, however the 28cm thumps against the stand sometimes and swings a bit on the stand so it wobbles the cage and can make a bit of noise, depending on how aggressively Freddy runs on it XD. Also, the 28cm one is fused to the stand so you can't put it on the bars unfortunately, which is something I think would make it much quieter. Despite this though it is very good, nice colours, affordable, easy to clean, doesn't squeak at all, doesn't make too loud noise, slim line, nice design and front plate to stop flinging rodents into walls.
4/5 from me!

Rupert has the Senior Wodent Wheel, I can't remember exactly how much it was, but it definitely wasn't too dear - about £13 from Pet Planet I think.

It's quiet but not super silent. Very easy to clean and nice & roomy!

I have the 28cm Trixie wheel. It's not 100% silent but Spike's cage is right next to my bed and I can hardly hear it so it's pretty quiet. You do need to put something heavy on the base to keep it stable or it does wobble as it's very light. It seems a thin, not very high quality plastic but I've had it since I got Spike as a baby well over a year ago and it's still in near perfect condition. It's a good budget option I think.

The trixie is probably cheapest. Wodent wheels are £16.50 from the sugarglider shop but postage is on top so would make it over £20. Petplanet haven't had them in stock for ages.

The Trixie wheel is reduced to £8.96 on Amazon at the moment

Great stuff pink neon - and they're less than £15 as well. I think petplanet do free delivery too. About time, they've been out of stock for weeks! I think I'd prefer a wodent to a trixie having seen both as the wodent wheels are generally very quiet. On the other hand for a larger ham the trixie would be better, and it's easier to clean as well. I think the wodent wheels work best hung upside down.
