No more 11'' wonderland wheel on zooplus?
Does anyone know why it's not for sale anymore? The other sizes are still there. I was just about to buy 2 wheels but I can't now and it's pretty expensive to buy other good silent wheels...

It hasn't been on Zooplus for quite a long time now - it's partly why I bought the 12" Silent Runner, but that costs more. Maybe they had too many complaints or returns, but it seems strange as they still sell the 20cm one. It's more expensive on Amazon, which makes the Silent Runner look more appealing! Or the Trixie 28cm. The Silent Runner is as quiet as the Wonderland wheel, doesn't need plastikoting and you can mount it to the bars as well - I really like it.

I think the sugarglider shop sell them already assembled - I got mine on ebay but it was the same price more or less.
Cypher and Cinnamon Bear got the 9" ones for dwarf hamsters

I thought that too!!! I'm annoyed now, I wanted to get two of those wheels for my hamsters... I left it too late now!
I was going to add that other wooden wheel to my zooplus basket... But I don't know how good a wheel they actually are :/

I looked at those too, but read around a bit and there are a fair few reports of them being a bit splintery and not well made - and even one thing about them having nails I think - read around some reviews maybe before deciding on that one. The Trixie wheel is the next cheapest probably.

Re: No more 11'' wonderland wheel on zooplus?
Hi Winnie
I think Zooplus don't have them as they are such a big seller. They seem to go out of stock as soon as they come in! Personally, I love the Karly wheels as they are really well made (definitely no nails in these ones) and our robos love them. They are so quiet, you can't actually hear them spin - all you hear is the pitter patter of tiny feet on the wood (literally) which is quite sweet really.
I like them so much I decided to sell them in my shop. I happen to have a couple of the 29cm size in stock if you are interested - not quite as cheap as Zooplus (if only I had their buying power! but a lot cheaper than Amazon when you add delivery on too.

Thank you! I already have 2 of them and one of them is quiet but the other one is a bit faulty and has a crunching sound but hopefully the ones I buy from your site will be quiet! Thanks again

Hi Winnie. They definitely shouldn't make a crunching sound so that one must have been faulty. I will check both of them before I send them out to make sure they are ok By the way, I sent you an email to your email address about delivery just in case you haven't seen it. If you can just let me know either way, that would be great.
Mweekie - Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. It's nice to hear people say nice things about my products, and it would be a pleasure to make something for you. I am always coming up with new ideas and adding new hamster toys to my site. I have recently made a digging tower which has to be climbed up before the hamster can dig down and pop out the hole at the bottom. Our robo George who tests out all my products loves it, so I will be adding that soon too.

Re: No more 11'' wonderland wheel on zooplus?
WinnieTheHam - I saw that when I started looking on Zooplus when I was choosing bits for Cookie's new terrarium that she's getting next week. I've now ordered it from Amazon instead lol.
ZippyRIP - just had a look at your website and it's lovely You have some lovely pieces on there and the prices are reasonable as well. If I ever need to, I might buy something off there
Mweekie xx
