Mine is the Ferplast Sin Rabbit House
It has a great lift off roof. It doesn't have any rooms, just one big compartment, but one thing I like about it is it's quite tall, so it can sit on the base of the cage and still stick about 2" above the top of the cage base, so it's a good height for a shelf and not too far to fall onto. Because it sits directly on the cage base I put a couple of inches of substrate inside the house on the bottom, and then put all the substrate round the outside of it so it's basically buried apart from the top inch or two.
The Rodipet houses are lovely though. This one was cheaper and quicker for me to sort though. It's smaller than the rodipet labyrinth houses. (About 35cm wide instead of 42cm) and it's 23cm deep instead of 26cm. Having said that, I'd love the Rodipet Syrian sized labyrinth house! And I'm sure your hamster would too. My only concern would be they could tunnel underneath it and it's quite big so heavy. Unless you had it really low in the cage and then your substrate would be limited in height. So my taller one works well for me.
I got it from here because it was cheaper than Amazon and their delivery is cheap and fast.

If I got one I'd want to put it on little legs/stilts so it sat higher and wouldn't fall on them if they tunnelled underneath, plus you could still have about 6" of substrate. Mine is easy due to being taller and I think the extra height is nice inside for a big nest. It's probably about the same height inside once you have a couple of inches of substrate in the bottom anyway. You've probably seen it in my cage, but below is a photo of it in Charlie's cage, which is smaller than the Barney (80cm instead of the 100cm of the Barney).
He moved his wee corner inside the house when he first had a large house, so his potty is in there now and there's plenty of space for the potty, his big nest and lots of hoards. I have a bendy bridge over the door. The door is huge but it is half buried under substrate - I channelled a bit of substrate out near the door so he could get in! My bendy bridge is under a roof toy though - if he could fall on it they're quite a hard landing so a softer tube or something might do - or just nothing over the door. I put it over the door to tempt him in there and it worked lol.
This is the big nest he built inside it and his potty at the other end/corner.
