As I said before just remove anything that's damp or smells, there will be some & it will get easier to find once she's chosen a pee spot!
Otherwise clean as little as possible, never do a full cage clean at all, if you think the cage looks like it needs a bit of a clean just do part, maybe a third at a time, even then if there's any food hoard in that area replace it or put some fresh food there & always replace some of the nest when you clean that area.
It depends how much she digs or burrows & how deep the substrate is but I find most of what needs to be cleaned with dwarf hams will be on the bottom of the cage which is why doing just one small part of the cage at a time works best.
