Hi I was wondering how easy it is to send items back to ZooPlus?

As far as I'm aware it's easy to send things back to them however depending on the item and/or issue you may be better off asking for a partial refund. I've had a few partial refunds from them for damaged items.

I imagine you'd have to pay the carriage fee, which would be quite a lot for a cage.
