Sheepskin donut bed
There seems to be a sheepskin version of the donut bed I have for Charlie, available now. Obviously this would only be good for out of cage use and would need monitoring in case they tried to chew it, but it looks rather cosy. I'm tempted but will stick with the one we have already. Sheepskin is wool - just as hazardous as fleece, if chewed or swallowed, so if anyone gets one, make sure they don't chew it!

Which is the one you have for Charlie at the moment? I'm thinking of getting something like this for May.

Re: Sheepskin donut bed
Is this the grey hamster napper you have Serendipity? Noticed it when I was doing some totally unnecessary hamster browsing earlier!

Re: Sheepskin donut bed
I have the one you linked Cypher and it doesn't look quite the same as Serendipitys to me, my Lois just trys to dig in it I was really hoping she would go snuggley like Charlie does in it but no luck, hopefully the new boy will like it.

Yes that's the one - I obviously forgot what it was called! Must be the same one as Amazon says I have already purchased it before!

Re: Sheepskin donut bed
Amazon can be very helpful like that lol! I'm always forgetting exactly what things are called.
Now I have to stop browsing as I found these & really want one!
Fluffagrams I would have thought a little Chinese like Lady May might just prefer her snooze cube with some nice cosy tissue to an open bed like the one here.

Lol! Yes I've seen those - they look so cute. And practical as well of course
The donut beds are nice for out of cage I think - I put ours under a blanket and Charlie crawls under the blanket and curls up in it.

That's awesome! Hmmm, I reckon I could have a go at making that or something very like it. Or my dad could anyway! Hmmmm, a little project coming in I think. Well. After Xmas anyway...
