Nice!! That looks really good, definitely more roomy inside than the Trixie. I also prefer the way you did the lid so it sits securely on the house, I find the Trixie lid can be a bit wobbly. I think just the three chambers are fine, that little one under the ramp never gets used by my guy anyway (mostly because he can't fit properly in there). I also like the big chamber in the middle so at least he's got space to turn around, if you divided up that chamber it would make it too small inside I think.

I think the suggestions about the top opening and a little ramp are good as well. I often find my hamster will block off the bottom entrance and just use the top one. I can't really tell from the pictures but are the openings for the hamster to get through bigger than in the Trixie? If so that's fantastic for those of use who have hamsters with more 'junk in their trunk' . The only thing about the ramp is that it does use up space inside the house and would use up one of the chambers, but then personally I like having a top entrance. I don't know what would work better. Maybe make it even longer and add another chamber to the side? Not sure how practical that would be though

Snowz yes I will be selling them, I am in the process of setting up a Facebook page called Pimp My Cage. There's nothing on it at the moment, but there should be within the week. I am just figuring out what to charge for them at the moment. I am new to this and learning as I go along.

RubyDG the entrance holes are slightly bigger 6.5 cm compared to 5.5 cm, but I could possibly make them a bit bigger. I can easily put a hole in the top, though the ramp would take up quite a bit of room. If the chamber is full of bedding they could possible reach the hole without the use of a ramp. Or I could maybe put in a little shelf which they could climb onto. I will talk to my husband and see what we can come up with. As you noticed I deliberately made the middle compartment bigger for them to sleep in, hopefully even chubby hammies can fit in! I don't think it would be practical to make them bigger or they won't fit in to a cage. The one I made is slightly too wide to fit in the end of my Detolf cage, but it will go in sideways. If someone wanted it to fit to a Detolf I could easily make it a cm shorter.

Not that I really know exactly when Cc's birthday is but if I tell myself it's coming up soon I can totally justify one of these

I would buy one - I love the fact it has no floor, which would make it so much easier than the Trixie to clean as hammys can't wee on the wood.

I live in the UK, so will definitely be selling them in the UK. I don't know about selling on Amazon, their fees are quite high, but I can sell them on EBay if you want to purchase that way. Hopefully I can get some ready for sale next weekend.

Woah! I love that idea! The only thing I don't like it there is Screws and Nails in it. Maybe if a hamster chews it and finds the nails/screws it might hurt itself.
Other than that, I think it's wonderful idea! Keep up the good work
