I think that would be good for a hamster, depending on the breed you want to get. It might be a little small for a Syrian, but since I am unable to read Norwegian, I don't really know the exact dimensions. It just looks small from the picture.

I have something similar for one of my dwarfs & she loves climbing on it & sleeping under it but just be aware that some of these are actually quite heavy so you need to make it safe to burrow under.
I'd think you'd need the larger size for a Syrian.

It looks great! Has a bit of a shelf on top too for a food bowl or a toy! Or just as a platform. I thought 7cm height would be ok for a syrian, but that's not the height of the aperture but the height of the thing itself and looks like there's at least 1cm thickness in the 'edges' so yes maybe a slightly bigger size/height for a syrian.

I have one of those & wouldn't really recommend it for a syrian tbh, the entrance holes in the bottom part are a reasonable size, the tube could be a bit of a tight squeeze for a syrian depending on how big it is I guess but the part I don't like is the upper level, the holes are so small I was a bit worried my dwarf might get stuck & if she did go in there & didn't want to come out there's no way to get her out as the top doesn't come off so I don't use that bit at all.

I have this Komodo Basking Platform Corner Ramp, Large - 28 X 24 X 11cm (Sandstone) - Resin Hides in my syrian's cage & it makes a nice little platform for her food bowl. Not big enough underneath for a big nest but big enough for her to hide under. She quite often takes her treats in there.
I didn't buy it from this company, I found it in a local pet shop. Which for me was better as I could see the size.
