This is a cage I had for my rats when I first got them. I was wondering if it looks suitable for a hamster cage. If it is I will be trying to find another one for sale for my other hamster. But if it is I would like to know before I buy a second one.
I have to Syirans and would love for them to have bigger cages. Also tips on decorating it would be helpful! I will try to find a link to the cage for dimensions.
The bar spacing has been too large in the rat cages I've looked at but according to the some around here you can mesh the outside. It might be worth it if it's a large cage.
The cage isn't that large. I had to convert cms to inches but it doesn't reach the recommended minimum size for a Syrian I'm afraid. Take a look on zooplus at the Alaska and savic hamster heaven these are the sizes you should aim for, good luck xx
