Re: Check This Out!
Wheel Would be included here if it was with it I think it's not like companies not to advertise it but give you something free

Re: Check This Out!
Wow that cage looks amazing! I had been planning on buying the Hamster Heaven cage for my soon-to-be hammy since I've seen positive things about it from several people here, but I might get this instead... Any thoughts anyone? This one is a little bigger too!

Re: Check This Out!
Personally, this is a better option than the Hamster Heaven. It also has 8mm bars, so potentially suits all the hamster species and not just Syrians. Narrow bars usually also prevent bar chewing. I owned the Savic Mickey 2XL cage for my Syrian but I wish this cage had been at this price when I was looking!
Like the Barney cage on Zooplus, it has similar access and is big with narrow bars. So I can`t see anything negative at all with this cage. There are not many narrow barred cages out there for under £60:00 either, so I would say go for it.
And thanks for pointing that descriptor out chinesehammy! Well spotted! Chuck the wheel, but keep the wooden accessories!!

Oh thank you! I hadn't thought about the narrower bars at all, but it does sound like a much better option! It would be easy to add in shelves etc too wouldn't it?
I'm waiting until I get paid at the end of the month to buy a cage, but I think this is definitely the best one I've seen!

Re: Check This Out!
Adding shelves would be the same for any barred cage. I suppose it depends on the attachments used. Hooks, screws and washers etc...
A member on the mouse forum I am a member of has just ordered one for her wee mice!

Re: Check This Out!
I was having a close up look of the cage (trying to see how the doors work!) and I noticed there are gaps at the corners? It's hard to tell if they're the same spacing as the bars though since I'm using my phone just now. Would this be a concern?
Tried to attach a picture of the bar corners so hopefully it worked!

Re: Check This Out!
Those side-bar spaces are not normally wide. They can be on cages with wider bar spacing in general, but on this cage, I would imagine they are narrow. Looking at that image, this seems to be the case. What I always did when I suspected a slightly wider gap, was to take a cable tie and pull the bars tightly together to pull the bars closer together. This isn`t required normally, but on some cages, the manufacturing process can sometimes differ from cage to cage. I would be confident that these spaces are not worrying. x

Re: Check This Out!
This would be a great cage for my little mouse if only I had the room. Hmmm might have to do some moving around. I love the accessories that come with it. The white base really caught my eye. I think thither will be going on my wish list. I could move Ruby into my bin cage though it would be a down grade from an 80cm cage to 70cm. She's a hybrid and 1 year old. Would that be mean of me? Means my mouse could this cage. Right now he's go the imac fantasy which I don't like.
