I use those little sticky-back DIY hook things, that you use for hanging stuff on. They're really sticky, and when you peal off the back it will stay stuck to the side of the bin for months. Then I just tape the piece of wire that comes with the bottle to the bottle itself, and hang it off the hook. Means I don't have do anything to the bin, or faff around when i need to change the water.
