Once??? Hmm, I think you may need to revisit then. The water is extremely hard in London and very unpleasant. I have to descale my kettle every 6 weeks here. In Lancashire, I never knew anyone need to descale a kettle in the 18 years I lived there! (but that's nice soft North West water for you).

I already said above - I use filtered water.

Sounds like you had a good shopping trip - that's my kind of shopping too.
I can't resist garden centres and petshops wherever I go.
I wouldn't leave your boys together too much longer tbh, they can turn quite suddenly and without warning and if they are starting to niggle it may be time to split them up.

I split Dracula and SBP last night too.

I think the change in cage made them want to try and establish a new hierarchy, and I didn't want anyone to get hurt.

It was lovely having them together for a little bit though. SBP will get a chance to get used to living on her own before she goes to Naomi at the end of the week then too.

The water in Oxford is bad too - loads of horrid limescale - I do my kettle every couple of weeks (I don't like it when the metal bits aren't clean and shiny - how sad is that?!!!).
I went home this weekend and my hair felt so much better washing it in lovely Cheshire water.

Oh Louby I'm so sorry you've had to seperate Dracula and SBP, it's such a shame when that happens, especially when you're "hamster sitting" for someone else and it (now) means yet another cage to clean

You never know, I might be able to return the favour one day

ELC don't listen to them teasing you - you carry right on spoiling your babies dear I'm very jelous about the new Lux especially as they're just up the road from me and I didn't even know but that's just me all over lol

Its no problem, don't worry...I was prepared just incase anyway, as I knew that chances were that it would need to happen.

I hope you have a nice big wheel for her Naomi...she is never out of it!!!!
