Is this bedding ok?
Hi,
Just wondering has anyone used this bedding for their hamsters? If you have does the bedding itself have any odour? Im sensitive to smell , i know its strange but some beddings just make me feel nauseous like the burges ultra absorbent bedding for example Unfortunately here in Ireland we dont have a great range of beddings to chose from so when I saw this on zooplus thought it looked pretty good. Thanks

Re: Is this bedding ok?
It sounds like cotton wool style stuff, but looking at the customer photos it looks like natural carefresh in them, but one of the photos make it look kind of mouldy? I've never used/heard of it so can't say for sure. but it doesn't look like the woolly stuff.

Re: Is this bedding ok?
I avoid any litter/bedding made of cotton. Better safe than sorry, right?

Re: Is this bedding ok?
I agree about avoiding stuff that states cotton. The only material stuff I ever use in cages is hammocks and snuggle pouches and even then I check daily for wear and tear

Here's another thread where a couple of HC'ers mention it.
