Default Water bottle holder

We popped into our local pet shop and they had these in. May come in handy for babies or hammies in tank cages. Bit of a design fault though as when you put the bottle in the lid wont fit on! It's not really needed though. Probably syrians might knock them over but they are quite stable for smaller hammies.
BigD also could not resist buying a Log Cabin for his hammy to be

Hi Souffle wow strange bottle holder never seen one of those ones thats silly though that the lid doesn't fit on top of the bottle. Seems silly to me having a top to it if it doesn't fit. Aww I love the hammy house hehe thats one big house.

Its a great idea, what a shame like most hamster related things, it isnt a bit bigger! I have some small water bottles that look like they would fit though, same width as the classic, but two third height.

I like the little log house too - we had one similar, and whereas my hams never seem to touch the wood chews, Spud 'remodelled' his wood house until it was unrecognisable!

Now I wonder what Big D will choose for his new baby? I will be keeping you informed about a certain future litter if he hasnt chosen by then

The bottle is a mouse sized one Spud's mum! I don't reall think it matters about the lid. If the bottle spout stuck out more horizonatally the bottle would drop down further into the holder. The log cabin seems quite spacious inside for a hammy house Makes a change from the usual size of hammy houses you get and they could climb on top too.
