Two of my syrians have fleece beds which they love (and dont chew). I tried them with the dwarfs and thay lasted about 5 minutes before they were turned into a pile of fluff!!!
never tried the beds, but i had hammocks once. i had one for robos and one for Hemma. They both lasted quite a white, but Hemma bit through the part that had the hook attached so it wouldn't hang up any more and the robos peed all over their's.
I got a sleeping bag thing (well, actually it was a Santa hat but same principle) for my two 4 week old Campbell brothers last Dec. They loved it so much that I kept it for several months until they both grew a bit too big to sleep in it comfortably together....and Santa hats in February are a bit naff.
Hi ya I had a hamster once who had a hammock but he decided to eat it so that was the end of it. I do like them I think it depends on the individual hamster and wheather or not they will chew it or use it. I think they are sweet.
My Mya has a hammock thingy on one of those ladder toys and she sits in it looks quite cute.
