Default Bin Cage

I'm about to start making a bin cage, the size i'm using is:

Length - 23" (59cm)
Width - 16" (40cm)
Height - 9" (23cm)

Is this big enough for a dwarf?

Is it one of the 'under the bed' storage boxes? If it is you need to be sure the lid is well secured as they can get over 9in side if they pile up a bedding ramp. The floor area is fine though.

If it's underbed you could buy another one and flip the container on top of the one you already have to create a plastic tank like cage.
