Default Alexander

I have just bought a new Alexander cage for my Syrian hamster and was wondering what make of plastic coat is best for applying to the wooded parts,or is it really needed,thanks.

Plastikote is the brand of paint, do you mean which colour is best?? Some people like the clear one but others like the cool colours you can get. The reason people do use it is because sometimes hams can take to weeing on the wooden shelves and when they do this sometimes it can smell and then in the end they have to be thrown away. It is advisable.

I have used hot pink on Squeaks karlie wheel and green and brown on the shelves
